John Calvin: The Man, The Pastor and The Church He Influenced
Through April 13 Peter Cobb, Peter Tuuk, Aaron Pratt, Baron Mullis and George Stroup will lead a class exploring the 16th century Reformer and his ministry that transformed the church. The class will use Dr. George Stroup's book, Calvin, as a guide. Any and all are welcome to join the class in Room 201 at 9:45 a.m.
CHILDREN
Preschool children will hear A Wonderful Sight, a story about Jesus meeting with a blind man. All elementary classes will read Matthew 26:6-13 to learn how a woman cared for Jesus by anointing his head with oil.

THEOLOGY ON TAP

ONE GRAY HAIR
One Gray Hair will meet at noon this Wednesday, March 12 for lunch and a program in Fellowship Hall. Our speaker is Morningside member Daisy Ottmann, and she will do a program on her trip to Italy last fall. RSVP to rsbrownlee1046@att.net.
LYDIA CIRCLE
Lydia Circle will hold their next meeting this Thursday, March 13, from 7 to 9 p.m. at the home of Tara Parrish (1206 Cumberland Rd.). Please bring an appetizer or dessert to share.
MPP
This Saturday, March 15, from 8 a.m. to 12 noon MPP will partner here in the church parking lot with Atlanta Paint Disposal to collect and recycle or dispose of household items in an environmentally friendly manner. Our preschool will earn 15 percent of fees from items turned in to help fund preschool environmental projects. Please join us, and for more information contact mpp@morningsidepc.org.
LGBT & FRIENDS
The group will welcome guest speaker Kathleen Womack to discuss Financial and Legal Planning for same-gender couples. The discussion, including dinner, will be in Fellowship Hall next Tuesday, March 18. All are welcome. RSVP to lgbtandfriends@morningsidepc.org.
WOMEN'S ROUNDTABLE
We welcome members and friends for dinner at 6:30 p.m. Monday, March 24. Our speaker is Rosie Hightower, founder of House of Hope, a Christ-centered recovery home for women who are struggling with addictions, codependency, homelessness and abuse. DIAPER AND CLOTHING DRIVE
MPC and MPP are partnering to collect diapers (all sizes), baby wipes and gently used spring and summer clothing for children, infant through 5 years old, for Our House, the preschool in Decatur which serves families facing homelessness. Place your items in baskets in the Welcome Center and the Preschool entrance from March 10 through 28.
HABITAT BUILD
Our annual spring Habitat build continues. Sign up on the mission bulletin board to build on one of the remaining Saturdays (March 22, 29 and April 5). Contact shepherd Lynsley Tyler with questions lynsley@bellsouth.net.
