Our Leaders
Three bodies share responsibility for all aspects of a congregation within the Presbyterian Church (United States of America), of which MPC is a part. Lay leadership rests primarily with the elected Elders of the Session, or ruling body. The elected Board of Deacons takes the lead with congregational care, especially for new members of the church. Morningside's Church Staff leads in worship, as well as giving direction in many of the church’s ministry programs, working with lay-led committees.
