Church of Tomorrow
Men of Morningside, mark your calendars for Theology on Tap next Tuesday, February 3 at 7 p.m. at  the home of Alan Bremer (785 Cumberland Road, 30306). Topic: “The Emergent Church and Evangelism in the 21st Century” with special guest speaker Rev. Troy Bronsink, organizing pastor of Neighbors Abbey in Southwest Atlanta. The food will be good and the discussion will be lively. Please make plans to join us! For more information or to RSVP, contact Rev. Chris Henry.

Gather Your Thoughts
Seminary intern Kevin Weber is looking for volunteers to assist in producing a devotional for the Lenten season to be written by the members of Morningside.  Contact Kevin if you can work on layout, and be sure to sign up immediately in narthex if you will write one of the devotions.  Samples will be provided with the scripture of the day.  Prepare yourself for Lent by taking the time to reflect on this scripture and sharing your thoughts.  Submissions will be due no later than Feb. 11.

Sympathy
Sympathy to the family of Abdul Qudus, who passed away last week. The family, from Afghanistan, is sponsored by the Six-Star Refugee Program. The family visited Morningside last year.
