FLOWERS THIS SUNDAY
Flowers in the sanctuary this morning are given by Tony Fishpaw to the glory of God and in honor of his mother Brenda's birthday.
SUNDAY FORUM ON ECONOMIC CRISIS
After worship on Sunday, March 22, Morningside elder Bobbie McCrackin, who is Vice President & Public Affairs Officer of the Federal Reserve Bank of Atlanta, will lead a conversation on the economic downturn. How bad is it? What makes it different from recent recessions? How effective has the effort to return normalcy to the financial system been? What is the outlook? Bring your own questions and perspective as Bobbie draws on her experience and expertise to lead us in an enlightening discussion on one of the most pressing issues of our time. Sunday Forums take place in Room 201 and begin at 12:15pm.
WOMEN'S ROUNDTABLE
All women are welcome at monthly Roundtable which will meet Monday evening, March 23, at the home of Lynn Young (277 The Prado, 404-897-5202). Our speaker will be Annette Cone-Skelton, co-founder of the Museum of Contemporary Art here in Atlanta. The evening begins with dinner at 6:30. RSVP to Melinda Sandkam today.
SUMMER CAMP REGISTRATION
It's time to enroll your preschool children (ages 2-5) in MPP Summer Camp. Camp meets from 9:30-1:30 for two week sessions. For details, please go to the church website and follow the links to the preschool. Registration began March 16.

You may cook and drop off the food, serve the meal and visit, or do both. The sign up sheet is posted in the narthex.

CHRISTIAN EDUCATION AT MORNINGSIDE
The Bible Class - The Last Week
A Day-by-Day Account of Jesus' Final Week in Jerusalem
Next Sunday, Morningside's Bible Class will continue its Lenten Study on the final days leading to the crucifixion of Jesus through the lens of Mark's Gospel. Next week we will study the events of Maundy Thursday, the day that begins the most solemn part of the most sacred week of the Christian year. Holy Thursday is full of drama. In the evening, Jesus eats a final meal with his disciples, prays in the garden of Gethsemane, is betrayed by Judas, denied by Peter, and abandoned by the rest of his disciples. As we study these events, we will also turn our attention to our own journey with Jesus during this Lenten Pilgrimage. The Bible Class is taught by Associate Pastor Chris Henry and meets at 9:45am in Room 201. Please join us!
