CHRISTIAN EDUCATION AT MORNINGSIDE
The Bible Class
Reading Romans with Reformers
Next Sunday, September 6, Morningside's Bible Class continues its series on Paul's Letter to the Romans. This fall, we are studying Romans with one another and alongside the great commentaries of our predecessors in the Reformed Tradition, especially John Calvin and Karl Barth. We are considering the ways in which this ancient letter has spoken to the church through the centuries and continues to do so in our time. Next week's reading, Romans 5:1-7:6, probes the meaning of baptism for the Christian life. The Morningside Bible Class meets each Sunday at 9:45am in Room 201 and is taught by Associate Pastor Chris Henry.
