This Sunday, March 14, Morningside's Bible Class will continue its series entitled, "A Journey Through the Word." Chris Henry will lead a discussion of Paul's First Letter to the Corinthians, the next in our book-by-book study of the New Testament. The Morningside Bible Class meets each Sunday at 9:45am in Room 201.

You are invited to joinconveners Katie Davis and Amy DeBaets in a new class on Faith Development. The focus of this class will be personal and communal spiritual growth. The class meets in the Church Parlor (Rm 107) at 9:45 a.m. and runs through May. You are invited to come for the entire class or sections of the class. Contact Katie Davis at 770.923.0002 or

The Young Adults are invited to a casual, laid-back and fun evening of group games at the home of Brooke and Michael Lampe (2221 Plantation Drive, East Point, 30344, 706.224.7295) on Saturday, March 13 at 6:30 p.m. The Lampes will supply the games, drinks, and some refreshments. Please bring an appetizer to share with the group.

Don't forget to spring forward! Remember to set your clock ahead one hour before going to bed Saturday night.
SUNDAY FORUM: PRESBYTERIANS IN THE PUBLIC SQUARE
This Sunday after worship, Morningside's Advocacy Committee will host a Sunday Forum entitled, "There is Only One Kingdom: Presbyterians in the Public Square." Chris Henry will reflect on the importance of faith in our communal discourse and how Christians are called to be "in the world." The forum will take place from 12:15 to 1:15 p.m. in the Fellowship Hall, so bring your plate and cup and join us!
MPC OUTING
Come join Morningside members and friends for a performance of Brad Sherrill's new play, Prophets. Experience the prophetic texts of Isaiah, Jeremiah and others in an entirely new way as Brad Sherrill brings to life the judgment and the hope that speak with striking relevance for the world today, just as they have for generations. The performance begins at 7:30 pm, Saturday evening, March 27 at Georgia Shakespeare at Oglethorpe University. Tickets are $22.
