ADULT
Morningside's Bible Class will continue its series entitled, "A Journey Through the Word." Chris Henry will lead a discussion of First and Second Thessalonians, the next in our book-by-book study of the New Testament. The Bible Class meets each Sunday at 9:45 a.m. in Room 201.

You are invited to join conveners Katie Davis and Amy DeBaets in a class on Faith Development. The focus of this class is personal and communal spiritual growth. The class meets in the Church Parlor at 9:45 a.m. This week's topic is "Growing a Healthy Church."

CHILDREN

The preschool classes begin a series of five lessons about Paul. The first of these is the story of Paul's Conversion on the road to Damascus. The elementary classes learn what it means when we come together as a community of faith to celebrate, give thanks, and remember the feast of our Lord Jesus Christ through communion.

HABITAT BUILD CONTINUES
There are plenty of volunteer spots available for the remaining Saturdays of our build. Five volunteers are still needed for this Saturday's build plus 2 volunteers needed to provide lunch. Contact Lynsley Tyler at lynsley@bellsouth.net for more information and to sign up.

Family Gathering
All families with children pre-k and younger (older siblings are welcome) are invited to a potluck family event at the home of the Keaveneys (714 Sherwood Rd. 30324) next Saturday evening, April 24, 5:30 p.m. Co-hosted by Steve and Cathy Keaveney and Eleanor and James Attwood, this relaxed spring event will provide parents an opportunity to visit while kids play. Childcare provided. Contact Cathy Keaveney at 770.256.4501 to RSVP.

Sunday, April 25

Camp Extravaganza
This Sunday all MPC kids 2nd-6th grade are invited to attend the camp preview at Calvin Center after worship. Even if you can't make camp this summer, plan on joining this fun afternoon adventure. Bring a sack lunch, comfy clothes and shoes, $5 and permission slip. Be sure to RSVP to Children's Worship Leaders Alicia or Tyler by this Wednesday, April 21.

Vacation Bible School
VBS registration and volunteer forms are now available. All kids 4 years old through 5th grade are welcome to join the travels ‘Around the World in 5 Days' June 21-25, 8:45 a.m.-12 noon. Contact Program Director Melinda Sandkam with questions.

Alan is a software consultant, and Robin works in finance. They enjoy traveling and have one daughter, Ava.

Robert Dowd
Robert's profession is in business development. He enjoys running, biking, and home repair projects. Robert and wife Laetitia have two children, Emily and Nathan.

Juarlyn Gaiter
Juarlyn (pronounced Waralin), a research psychologist and clinical pediatric psychologist, enjoys gardening in her free time. She has two cats, Zorro and Mookie.

Shawn and Mary Hardy Holaway
Shawn is a clinical pharmacist, and Mary is a social worker and stay-at-home mom. They enjoying running and have two children, Haden and Finley.

Jeff and Kira Hullinger
The Hullingers have two children, Jeffrey and Brittany. A retiree, Jeff enjoys playing golf and Kira, a membership director, enjoys cooking and gardening.

Fred and Becky Schreiber
Fred works in real estate, and Becky is an accountant. They enjoy walks in the neighborhood and spending time with family. Fred and Becky are expecting twins.
