THOUGHT FOR THE WEEK
God is acting on your soul all the time, whether you have spiritual sensations or not.

UNDECKING CREW OPPORTUNITY
Please help us un-decorate our sanctuary this Saturday, January 1 at 10 a.m. Un-decking is faster, requires somewhat less talent than decorating, and you can still serve in this important aspect of life at Morningside. Please contact Georgia Marshall at 404.909.3477 or gkmarshall@gmail.com.
GUEST PREACHER THIS SUNDAY
We welcome Betsy Turner as our guest preacher this morning. She grew up in St. Luke's Presbyterian Church in Dunwoody, and attended Presbyterian College in South Carolina. Betsy is a 2009 graduate of Columbia Seminary and is currently working for the Tri-Presbytery New Church Development Commission as she seeks a full-time call with a church. She is married to Ian Turner, whose family has long and deep connections to Morningside, especially his grandmother Nell Roberts and his parents Gene and John Turner.

From 1994 to 2000, David's Pastoral Counseling Satellite Office for the Georgia Association for Pastoral Care was here at Morningside and in 2005, David was a Parish Associate at MPC.
