THINKING ABOUT JOINING MORNINGSIDE

YOUTH KICKOFF
Morningside Youth (6th grade and up) will kick off tonight from 5 -7 p.m. with a Youth and Parent Night, featuring a parent/guardian meeting and youth games. Tonight's meal has been pre-ordered, so if you have not RSVP’d, see Chris following worship to see if there is availability. Next week our youth will meet from 5-7 p.m. for a New Year Covenant Creation night with Minute-to-Win-It games and dinner. ORDINATION OF DREW STOCKSTILL
Mark your calendars and plan to be at Morningside for a service of worship at 3 p.m. on Sunday, September 23 as we celebrate the ordination of Drew Stockstill. Drew is joining Morningside's staff as our minister of Adult Education and Young Adults. This special service is a once in a lifetime event in a minister's life, let's surround Drew with our prayers and our support!

FALL MISSION TRIP
We invite you to join us this fall as we work with Habitat for Humanity and Rebuilding Hope in New Orleans (outreach of St. Charles Presbyterian Church). We will leave Atlanta Thursday morning, November 1, and return Sunday evening, November 4. The $150 trip cost includes housing for three nights, dinner on Thursday, lunch on Friday and snacks.
