9:45 a.m. Church School for all ages; New Member's Class
Adult Class - This Sunday, February 3, the Adult Sunday School class will continue its in-depth reading of the Gospel of Matthew. This week we'll begin reading Jesus' "Sermon on the Mount." Everyone is invited, so bring your coffee or tea and jump right in. We gather in room 201 at 9:45 a.m.
Children: The Pre-K Class will hear Just Believe! and learn what happened when a father asked Jesus to help his very sick daughter. The K-1st and 2nd-3rd Classes will begin a study of the Lord's Prayer by studying the phrase "Hallowed be Thy Name". Fourth and Fifth Graders will attend Worship.

Would you like to learn more about our church? This coming Sunday, February 3 we will hold an Inquirers Class followed by a New Members Class on Sunday, February 10. $OUPER BOWL IS THIS SUNDAY!
The Youth will lead the Souper Bowl collection this Sunday. Your $2 donations will help the Atlanta Community Food Bank fight hunger in our community.

If you can provide a meal this spring for our active and growing youth group, please contact Youth Group Meal Coordinator Tish Woolley woolleyt@gmail.com. Tish is starting a new meal schedule from February 10 forward, and we would love to include your name!

Church members and returning families are invited to take advantage of priority registration for Morningside Presbyterian Preschool . Open registration begins Monday, February 4. Contact Preschool Director Sarah Tomaka mpp@morningsidepc.org for more information.

HOW RELIGION INSPIRES POSITIVE CHANGE
Next Wednesday, February 6, Georgia State invites you to join the Higher Ground Group - Rev. Joanna Adams, Imam Plemon El-Amin, Rev. Joseph Roberts and Rabbi Alvin Sugarman - at the Rialto Center (80 Forsyth St., 30303). Higher Ground's faith leaders will discuss ways that interfaith efforts can contribute to a better Atlanta. Reception: 5 to 6 p.m. Event: 6 to 7:30 p.m. RSVP to aclay6@student.gsu.edu.

SHROVE TUESDAY PANCAKE SUPPER AND PAJAMA PARTY
Tuesday, February 12, 5:30-6:45 p.m. all are invited to celebrate Shrove Tuesday at our annual church and preschool Pancake Supper and Pajama Party in Fellowship Hall. Enjoy dinner for the family while Bill Packard, The Magic Man, delights kids and adults with his tricks and antics! Wear your PJs! RSVPs are requested by February 6. Volunteers are needed in 3 shifts: Prep, 4-5:30 p.m.; Serving/Greeting, 5:15-6:30 p.m.; Clean-up, 6:15-7:15 p.m. Join us for a shift or the whole event!
