9:45 a.m. Church School for All Ages; Christmas Pageant Practice
Adults: CHARLES DICKENS' "A CHRISTMAS CAROL" AND THE BIBLE
Get into the Christmas spirit this year with the joint adult education class led by Drew and Ellen Stockstill and Joseph Brady. This class will be held each Sunday in December in Room 201 at 9:45 a.m. All are invited to join us and to bring your friends! For more information contact Drew dstockstill@morningsidepc.org.
Children: The Pre-K class will hear how the shepherds responded to the news of Jesus' birth in the story Jesus is Born. All elementary classes will study Luke 1:26-56 to hear about the strange and exciting message the angel Gabriel brought to Mary. God will bring a savior through her.

Children and grown-ups of all ages are welcome to attend! (A nursery is provided for any little ones.)
Christmas Eve Candlelight Service of Lessons and Carols, 8 p.m.
Experience one of Atlanta's great Christmas Eve traditions as our Chancel Choir, choir alumni and guest instrumentalists combine in offering an evening rich with variety, drama, and the beauty of our candlelit sanctuary (child care provided).
FAMILY CHRISTMAS TREE
We're inviting each member of our faith community to contribute one, non-breakable ornament to decorate a large, live tree that will be placed in Fellowship Hall. Please place your special ornament in collection baskets around the church through December 15.
ANNUAL CANNED FOOD COLLECTION
Help us fill our five canisters by December 15 with food items for the Atlanta Community Food Bank! Mac 'n cheese, peanut butter, canned veggies, meats, fruits and low sugar whole grain cereals are welcome.
MPP
On December 17, from 10 a.m. to 7:30 p.m., you are invited to join the fun at "Meringue's Holiday Shop Out." The local Virginia/Highland women's store will give 20 percent of all sales from the event to MPP. The owners, Jordan Chadwell and Nicole Raithel, have their oldest child in Mrs. Neff's and Ms. Keeton's Pre-K class. For more information visit http://www.meringueclothing.com/.
